- 基礎班：運球、投籃、腳步、規則解說
- 進階班：擋拆閱讀、無球跑動、1-on-1 攻防
- 體能班：敏捷梯、彈跳、核心穩定與傷害預防
- 隊伍集訓：戰術板、5-on-5 演練、比賽錄像剪輯
